Our connectors undergo vibration tests to assess the mechanical and electrical stability and its performance depending on the applications for which it was originally designed. it will test the connection between:

– the plug and the receptacle through the locking system.

Our plug and socket undergo a rigorous lifetime testing process, which ensures that connectors are durable enough to withstand temperature extremes, use cycles, and other operating conditions.
During burn-in process, the component endures extreme operating conditions, including temperature extremes, high use cycles, and high voltages to eliminate defective components.

In glow wire tests, a glowing wire is used to simulate ignition source, to simulate heating effects that may arise in malfunctioning electrical equipment caused by an overloaded connection or component that is overheating.
The goal is to analyze the tendency of a connector’s plastic material to catch fire when wires are overloaded. Raw materials and products will undergo glow wire testing.

Waterproof connectors have a high IP (Ingress Protection) rating, including dust and water submersion resistance and protection from high-pressure water flow. Each of our connectors will go through rigorous waterproof testing to make sure it reachs its IP rating level.
